Mental training whenever and wherever you want!
Doing an International sport like IPSC we all are kind of everywhere around the world shooting matches. We follow the same rules in every country and we meet old and new friends wherever we go.
As I am traveling a lot I am able to offer my services for a reasonable price around matches as I go there as a shooter anyway.
Within the last years some clients met me before or after a match for individual mental training, for a few hours or a full day while others participated in the seminars arranged by their clubs.
But there is still a long list of people I couldn´t meet, who couldn´t find time for a seminar or who are just living too far away.
For these people I offer online coaching, which can be done via Skype and email.
But is online coaching as good as live coaching?
The answer is very simple: Yes!
And for some reasons it is even better!
Let me list the benefits of online coaching:
Time! Online coaching is available at any time. No matter which time of the day it is or in which you time zone you live.
Location! Wherever you are in the world, as long as you have Internet connection, we can meet!
Freedom! You are not required to travel or to take another day off after a match. You are absolutely free to decide when and where you want to have your mental training sessions.
Comfort! You can have your sessions in your own private surrounding. Whether it is your home, your work place or a hotel room. That means you ca be more relaxed and open to change.
Mobile! You can have the Skype app on all devices. So mental training is even possible on the move.
Costs! As none of us is traveling, you save all the additional costs and pay just for the mental training itself!
