After finishing my degree in business administration, I worked as an executive in the insurance business for 2 decades.

My whole life I was taking courses and seminars related to psychology, leadership and people support.
In 2008 I decided to follow my heart and do what I do best, to help people achieving their goals.
Currently, as a certified coach and sports psychological trainer, I am working as downshifting coach for burnout prevention for individuals and companies and sports mental trainer and coach.
I am owner-manager of MindSights.

With MindSights I combine my experience in business management and coaching with a wide variety of knowledge in the field of sports – psychology and training.
