the world shooting matches. We follow the same rules in every country and we meet old and new friends wherever we go.<\/p>\n<p>As I am traveling a lot I am able to offer my services for a reasonable price around matches as I go there as a shooter anyway.<\/p>\n<p>Within the last years some clients met me before or after a match for individual mental training, for a few hours or a full day and some participated in the seminars arranged by their clubs.<\/p>\n<p>But there is still \u00a0a long list of people I couldn\u00b4t meet, who couldn\u00b4t find time for a seminar or who are just living too far away.<\/p>\n<p>For these people I offer online coaching, which can be done via Skype and email.<\/p>\n<p>But is online coaching as good as life coaching?<\/p>\n<p>The answer is very simple: Yes!<\/p>\n<p>And for some reasons it is even better!<\/p>\n<p>Let me list the benefits of online coaching:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Time!\u00a0<\/strong>Online coaching is available at any time. No matter which time of the day it is or in which you time zone you live.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location! <\/strong>Wherever you are in the world, as long as you have Internet connection, we can meet!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Freedom!\u00a0<\/strong>You are not required to travel or to take another day off after a match. You are absolutely free to decide when and where you want to have your mental training sessions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Comfort! <\/strong>You can have your sessionsin your own private surrounding. Whether it is your home, your work place or a hotel room. That means you ca be more relaxed and open to change.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mobile! <\/strong>You can have the Skype app on all devices.
